I give complete consent for the footage that has been recorded involving myself to be used in Ellie Davis’s coursework. I also understand that the footage will appear on YouTube and Blogger.com.
Furthermore, I know that I am able to with draw from partaking in the filming process at any time but the footage made prior may still be contained within the final outcome and remain property of Ellie Davis for use in her A2 Media Coursework.
